Frequently Asked Questions
Door to door auto transport involves the truck driver collecting your vehicle and delivering it as near to your residence as feasible. Numerous municipalities have regulations limiting large trucks from entering certain residential neighborhoods. Therefore, if your home’s accessibility is limited by narrow roadways, overhanging branches, speed bumps, or sharp corners — the driver may request that you meet the transport truck at a nearby spacious parking area like a shopping center.
You don’t have to be personally present at the pickup location, but it’s strongly advised that you arrange for a representative to be available at both pickup and delivery locations (if you’re unable to attend yourself). The representative must be a minimum of 18 years old.
Dispatch Dudes’ door to door shipping services include pickup from a designated address (driveway, workplace, etc.) and delivery to a designated address—as close as the trucker can safely and legally access the requested locations.
Please note that certain cities or communities have commercial vehicle restrictions that prevent car carriers from traveling on their roads, and some areas may be unsafe for truckers to navigate. If the trucker cannot safely or legally reach your requested address, they will arrange to meet you at a nearby mutually agreed location.
